Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how the operator of Sellira (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles your personal information in connection with the services provided under the Sellira brand (the “Services”).
1. Information We Collect
- The email address, name, and message content you provide when contacting us
- Payment-related information collected through our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store your card details ourselves
- Information from your browser, to the extent necessary for our Chrome extension to function
- Website analytics information (such as cookies)
Information collected by the ClickPost Bulk Auto-Register & Pay for Amazon extension
- Amazon Seller ID (your seller account identifier): used only to manage the start date and remaining days of the free trial and to determine eligibility. We do not sell it or share it with third parties.
- Anonymous diagnostic data (a random per-install ID, the extension version, and the type of any failure): used to detect bugs and improve quality. It contains no personally identifying information.
- Buyer information from Amazon orders (name, address, etc.) is processed only within your browser and is never sent to or stored on our servers. We do not collect credit card information either.
Information collected by the Seller Lens iPhone app
- Amazon Selling Partner API credentials (refresh token): issued when you connect your Amazon account (OAuth). This token is stored only in your device’s Keychain and never on our servers. It is used solely to make requests to Amazon each time price information is retrieved, and is deleted from your device when you disconnect your account in the app or delete the app.
- Information obtained via the Selling Partner API: product information (title, images, sales rank), listing information (price, condition, shipping), and fee estimates. This is used only to display prices and estimate breakeven margins, and is never stored on our servers. We never access a buyer’s personal information (name, address, order details, etc.).
- Device identifier: used only to manage the daily usage limit on the free plan. It is a random value assigned per device and does not identify you personally. It is stored on your device (Keychain), and persists even if you delete and reinstall the app (this is by design, to prevent abuse of the free plan through repeated reinstalls).
- Scan history: stored only on your device. We never transmit it to our servers.
- Advertising identifier: the free plan shows ads. If you grant tracking permission, your advertising identifier is used to optimize those ads. The app works fully even if you decline.
- App usage analytics via PostHog: we collect only records of which features were used, when, and how often, tied to an anonymous identifier. This never includes any information obtained through your Amazon connection, such as scanned product codes (JAN/ASIN), product names, prices, profit figures, listing content, or your Amazon seller ID.
Information obtained through the Selling Partner API is used solely to support the purchasing decisions of the account holder using that Amazon seller account, and is never provided or sold to third parties. In accordance with Amazon’s data protection policy, we do not retain this information beyond what is necessary.
About Feather (かるモニ — Menu Bar Monitor for Mac)
This app does not collect any information about you. It has no network communication capability and never sends data to any external server.
- Information collected: none. We collect no name, email address, identifier, location data, usage data, or any other information about you.
The app reads the state of your Mac only so it can display it in the menu bar. The values it reads are used solely to render the display — they are never stored or transmitted.

The network item only reads transfer speed. It never handles the content of your traffic, its destination, or your browsing history.
Information stored on your device: only the settings below are stored, on your Mac. They are never sent anywhere else, and are removed if you delete the app.
- Whether each item is shown
- The display style for each item (percentage / graph / capacity, etc.)
- The refresh interval (1, 2, or 5 seconds)
Sharing with third parties: since we collect no information, there is none to share. The app includes no analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs, and no other external service.
Technical basis: the App Store build runs inside macOS’s App Sandbox and
declares only the com.apple.security.app-sandbox entitlement. It does not request
the network client entitlement (com.apple.security.network.client), so even if it
attempted to communicate over the network, macOS would block it.
About purchasing (App Store version): the App Store version is a free download with full functionality available for a 3-day trial. Continued use requires a one-time in-app purchase of ¥300 (about $2).
The purchase itself is handled by Apple’s StoreKit framework. Payment details and information about your Apple ID are processed by Apple; the developer never receives them. Purchase status is likewise managed by StoreKit and is never transmitted externally by this app.

3. Sharing with Third Parties
Except where required by law, we do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent. We do, however, work with service providers to the extent necessary for our operations — including Stripe for payment processing, Google’s services (Google Apps Script and Gmail) for receiving and delivering contact-form submissions, and PostHog for app usage analytics.
4. Use of Cookies, etc.
This site may use cookies and similar technologies to understand how it is used. You can disable cookies through your browser settings if you prefer not to be tracked this way.
5. Security Measures
We take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information we collect, and to otherwise keep it secure.

If you wish to request disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of your personal information, please contact us using the details below. We will respond promptly within a reasonable scope.
